We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Operations Executive to manage both client acquisition and service delivery in the facility management domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing business deals, and ensuring efficient operations at client sites in and around Medchal. This is a field-based, hands-on role requiring strong Generating Leads acumen and operational oversight.
Identify and target new business opportunities in industrial parks, warehouses, residential complexes, and corporate offices in Medchal.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and digital research.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts and assist in onboarding new clients.
Oversee day-to-day service delivery (housekeeping, maintenance, MEP, security, etc.) across assigned client sites.
Coordinate manpower scheduling, attendance, and resource planning.
Monitor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections for service compliance.
Resolve operational issues, client complaints, and escalate when necessary.
Prepare daily and monthly reports for both generating leads and operations activities.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Engineering, or Facility Management).
2–5 years of combined experience in sales/business development and site operations (FM industry preferred).
Knowledge of soft and hard services in facility management.
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools (Excel, Word).
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
