Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to grow our client base and drive revenue in the logistics and freight forwarding sector. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air/Sea/Land).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and quotations.

• Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with customers.

• Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery.

• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
