Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience and a strong understanding of electronics, enabling them to identify opportunities, engage clients, and drive business growth through field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to generate new business and engage potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
Present, promote, and sell electronic products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Identify and resolve customer needs and concerns, providing appropriate solutions.
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and after-sales support.
Stay updated with market trends and new technologies in the electronics industry.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in the electronics sector).
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Good understanding of sales techniques and market strategies.
