Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing and recruitment services.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers, CXOs).
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in IT staffing / recruitment business development.
Strong network within IT companies or enterprise clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
