We're looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team at Phone pe. As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our digital payment solutions, including QR codes, Sound Boxes, and EDC/Card Swipe Machines to local merchants. Your performance will drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for Phone pe payment solutions

- Onboard merchants, install QR codes and devices, and provide post-sale support

- Promote and sell Sound Boxes and Card Swipe Machines

- Ensure customer engagement and maintain strong relationships

- Track sales activities, report progress, and provide market feedback

*Requirements:*

- 10th pass or above, with 0-1 year of experience in field sales

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Valid driving license and two-wheeler ownership (mandatory)

- Good knowledge of local geography and market trends
