Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve gold loan disbursement targets through direct sales and channel development.

• Source new customers via field visits, referrals, and partnerships.

• Support and guide branch teams to boost gold loan performance.

• Maintain portfolio quality through proper documentation and appraisal.

• Monitor competition and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–3 years of gold loan or financial services experience.

• Strong sales, customer relationship, and team management skills.

• Knowledge of gold loan operations and compliance standards.
