Job Purpose:
To increase the company’s revenue by promoting and selling pest control chemicals, insecticides, sprayers, and fogging machines. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for pest control chemicals, insecticides, sprayers, fogging machines and fly catchers etc.
Visit potential clients such as pest control operators, hotels, institutions, government departments, housing societies, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to customers.
Maintain an updated database of clients and sales activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend sales strategies.
Coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery, customer support, and after-sales service.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of sales/business development experience (experience in pest control products or related industry preferred).
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

· Fixed monthly salary +
