Job description  Initiating calls, engaging customers, and closing sales.  Providing product information and handling queries.  Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries or complaints effectively.  Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers.  Plan and focus on the revenue generation.  Ensuring excellent customer experience and support.  Addressing grievances and assisting with resolutions.  Acting as a bridge between customers and the technical team.  Proactively reach out to customers using the leads provided.  Promote products and services effectively.  Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure retention.  Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism in customer interactions.  Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers: send a high volume of email communication to potential customers.  Responsible for meeting daily, monthly and quarterly targets.  Continuously enhance sales and product knowledge through training sessions and self-learning.
