Job Title: Business Development Executive – C-Level Engagement

Experience Required: 3–5 years in B2B/Corporate Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive corporate sales and manage relationships with C-level executives. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-value B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers at senior levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and build relationships with C-level executives (CXO, VP, Directors) to drive new business opportunities.
Conduct detailed market research and develop strategies to target high-value enterprise clients.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management on progress and forecasts.
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B/Corporate sales with exposure to C-level engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of client needs and ability to propose relevant solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Fluent English and Kannada is Mandatory.
