Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive – IT Sales with a strong background in IT product/service sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client meetings, and closing high-value deals, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Conduct field meetings with clients to understand their IT security needs and offer tailored solutions.
Generate leads through both online and offline channels.
Handle the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and solution documents.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep track of market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales (preferably B2B or cybersecurity solutions).
Proven experience in end-to-end sales, including lead generation and closing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical clients.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field/client visits.
