About the role :
Should have an interest in Business development mainly B2C, and B2B for Software Application
products/solutions.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposal
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Meet prospective clients, and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product
features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and
their expectations.
Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA for a BD.
Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
