Job Responsibilities: • Serve as the key in-house point of contact for potential clients visiting the office.
• Meet with prospects to understand their requirements and present appropriate solutions.
• Understand and interpret the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to ensure product/service alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and markets for growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activity.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
