We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Cold Calling /Business Development Executive responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and visiting designated locations to gather accurate market and customer data. The candidate should be confident in communication, persuasive, and able to work independently on field assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to potential customers for lead generation.
Explain products/services and gather interest from prospective clients.
Visit assigned locations to collect relevant market or customer data.
Maintain and update customer database and field reports regularly.
Understand client needs and record feedback during interactions.
Share collected data with the sales/marketing team for follow-up.
Achieve daily/weekly call and visit targets.
Maintain professional behaviour during field visits and calls.
Report daily work progress to the reporting manager.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in cold calling or field sales preferred. Fresher can also apply.
Qualification – MBA, BE (E&TC), Bachelor of Computer Science
Good communication skills in local language and English/Hindi/Marathi.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Comfortable with field visits and data collection assignments.
Basic computer skills for maintaining data records.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is a plus.
