Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive – Field Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in field sales, particularly in the uniform or apparel industry, and be passionate about building customer relationships and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the uniform/apparel sector

• Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients (schools, corporates, hospitals, etc.)

• Present company offerings and product samples effectively

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the production team for timely delivery

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain sales reports and customer data accurately

• Participate in exhibitions, events, and marketing activities as required

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of proven field sales experience (preferably in uniforms or apparel industry)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

• Familiarity with the Bangalore market is a plus

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
