Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive(Co-Operate sales only) to join our e-commerce team. The role involves driving sales growth, acquiring new customers/sellers, building strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are met. The ideal candidate should have a passion for e-commerce, strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HR, Admin, and Procurement departments of companies.
. Market research and identify new opportunities.
. Meeting with client for contract negotiation, pricing and vendors. Resolve their queries on time.
. Make new strategies to increase the sales and new customers.
. Keep update with new trends, competitor offers and seasonal gifting demands. Try to Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any stream, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
