Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and target new business opportunities in e-commerce, retail, and logistics sectors.
Build a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, and outreach.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients.
2. Client Onboarding
Guide new clients through onboarding, from documentation to account setup.
Coordinate with operations and technology teams to integrate client requirements.
Conduct product/service demos and training for client teams.
3. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Monitor service performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Collect feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance client experience.
4. Operational Coordination
Work closely with last-mile delivery teams to ensure service commitments are met.
Track KPIs such as delivery performance, SLA compliance, and customer feedback.
Support the resolution of escalations and service disruptions.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Prepare periodic sales, performance, and client engagement reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of last-mile delivery operations and e-commerce logistics.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
