You are mainly responsible for implementing the company’s sales strategy for selling machines in region allocated to you
You are responsible for planning and allocation of your time to customers to generate orders, generate new leads, provide information to new entrants in the industry and to enhance relationship with existing customers
You will use the company’s in-house CRM tool for information management
You ensure the integrity and ethics of the company are at the heart of all communications. You are good at improving the usability, design and technical data of the marketing communications You evaluate customer, research market conditions, and competitor data. You are responsible for identifying new potential markets and developing tactical initiatives to effectively communicate with them.
You are good at continuously reviewing your performance and enhance it to make the most effective use of your time and energy
Achieve and exceed monthly sales & invoice targets.
(Skills and Personality)
You can be a graduate from any stream with 2 years+ experience in B2B Sales of Industrial Equipment/Heavy Machines.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
You are a strategic and creative thinker with highly polished written and verbal communications skills.
You have excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
You have sound managerial judgment.
You are authoritative, collaborative and results orientated personality.
You are an effective time manager with the ability to focus energy, drive, and enthusiasm to prioritize goals, meet deadlines and manage a demanding workload.
You have the ability to motivate and inspire commitment and achieve improvements across the board.
