Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and expand business opportunities across PAN India for breadcrumbs and allied FMCG products.
• Handle and build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
• Drive monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
• Collaborate with leading Frozen Food manufacturers such as Keventar Agro Foods, McCain, Bhanu Farm Ltd, Haringhata Meat Products, and others to supply breadcrumbs and related products.
• Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and channel expansion avenues in frozen food and FMCG sectors.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
• Ensure smooth supply chain coordination between production, distribution, and end clients.
• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors, wholesalers, and customers to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Implement structured sales planning, forecasting, and reporting systems to meet organizational goals.
