We are looking for a results-driven B2C Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and sales of our AdBlue products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket or consumables sector and will be responsible for developing direct-to-consumer sales channels, expanding our retail presence, and building lasting customer relationships in the personal large and small fleet segment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and acquire new B2C customers including big & small transport operators, and service centre.
*Conduct field visits and on-site demonstrations to educate customers on the importance and proper use of AdBlue.
*Generate and follow up on leads via field activity, inbound inquiries, cold calling , and visit transporters.
*Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback using CRM or reporting tools.
Provide customer support regarding product usage, benefits, storage, and handling.
Requirements:
*Knowledge of AdBlue, diesel engine technology, or emission control systems is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*Ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
*Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork and customer meetings.
