Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Academic Relations and Field Marketing Associate to represent ProSculpt across college campuses in Tamil Nadu. The role involves meeting with key academic stakeholders Career Development Teams, Training Heads, Placement Directors, and Department HODs to present and onboard students onto the ProSculpt platform. This is a field-intensive, relationship-building role ideal for individuals with a flair for communication, business development, and institutional engagement.
Role & responsibilities
Conduct regular campus visits across assigned regions in Tamil Nadu.
Initiate and build strategic relationships with college authorities and decision-makers (Placement Officers, HODs, Training Directors).
Present ProSculpts Employability Assessment and Preparation Training Programs effectively to both academic heads and students.
Drive student onboarding into the ProSculpt platform through seminars, workshops, and info sessions.
Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and product teams for local campaigns and implementation plans.
Track engagement, maintain visit records, and update CRM with stakeholder interactions. Identify new partnership opportunities with colleges and institutions for expanding ProSculpts presence
Required Qualification
2 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / Institutional Marketing.
Preferred industries: FMCG, E-commerce, EdTech, or Campus Relationship Management.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence academic stakeholders.
Passion for education, youth development, and career enablement.
Proficiency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
