Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and performance-driven Senior Field Sales Manager to lead and grow our field sales operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base in the [IT/technology] sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a solid background in IT sales, and a passion for developing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive growth in new and existing markets
Identify high-value prospects and key enterprise opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, especially in the IT or technology space
Deep understanding of IT products/services such as software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or e-commerce services.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient with CRM platforms.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
