Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets. The role involves direct client interaction, market visits, and building long-term relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell company products/services through field visits, meetings, and presentations.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.
Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold brand reputation.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in field sales or business development (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to travel within assigned territory.
