Complete documentation and KYC process for onboarding.
Assist in activation and training of newly onboarded distributors on how to use the app and order process.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Achieve monthly targets in terms of orders and revenue from the assigned distributors.
Conduct regular market visits and maintain relationships with distributors to ensure repeat orders.
Promote Retail Shakti App features and offers to drive app usage and transactions.
Territory Management:
Monitor competition activities and provide inputs to management.
Analyze market trends and sales patterns.
Cover the assigned route/area daily to increase reach and visibility.
Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain accurate sales records and report daily activities.
Coordinate with the backend team for order issues, payment follow-ups, and app-related technical support.
