Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media
Pitch products/services to prospective clients
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations
Maintain CRM with accurate client information and follow-ups
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales or business development (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
