Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Broadband Sales Executives in Jamnagar.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure achievement through regular follow-ups.
- Execute local sales strategies to generate new customer leads and conversions.
- Monitor team performance and provide necessary training and support to improve productivity.
- Conduct field visits with team members for on-ground support and performance checks.
- Maintain coordination with internal departments (technical, support, back office) for service delivery
and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of leads, customer interactions, and sales updates.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
