Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies in line with regional objectives.
Ensure on-ground sales activities are conducted efficiently and ethically.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity.
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives.
Identify and build relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders in the region.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support branch sales activities and campaigns.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to the regional or zonal sales head.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
4–8 years of experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership/managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Knowledge of the Faridabad market and surrounding areas is essential.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and travel within the region as needed.
