The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring achievement of business targets, maintaining customer relationships, and driving growth through sales and service excellence. This role demands strong leadership, business acumen, and team management capabilities.
Lead overall branch operations, including sales, collections, and customer service.
Achieve business targets for loan disbursements, collections, and portfolio quality.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with MSMEs and equipment dealers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Supervise and motivate branch staff to deliver high performance and productivity.
Manage credit underwriting, documentation, and disbursal process.
Monitor delinquency and ensure timely recovery of dues.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure excellent service delivery.
Prepare and review periodic reports on business performance and branch profitability.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in NBFC / Banking sector, preferably in SME, Equipment, or Business Loans.
Strong knowledge of credit assessment, collections, and branch operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage targets and lead a team effectively.
