Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Position Summary: -
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive for a growth-focused role. This position involves regular visits to potential and existing client locations to pitch, present, and close business deals. You will play a key role in driving regional sales, building strong on-ground relationships, and representing the company in the market.
Key Responsibilities: -
• Client Visits & Sales Meetings.
Conduct daily in-person visits to prospective and existing clients
Travel within assigned territory to identify new business opportunities
Present products/services through demos and in-person discussions
• Lead Generation & Business Development
Prospect through cold calls, referrals, and local networking
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads
• Sales Execution
Manage the complete sales cycle: inquiry, visit, pitch, negotiation, and closure
Share quotations, follow up, and ensure timely lead conversion
• Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
Act as the primary contact for client queries and feedback
• Reporting & Documentation
Maintain visit reports, lead status, and sales data in CRM systems
Provide weekly updates on targets, sales pipeline, and market insights
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client servicing
Willingness to travel regularly within city/state for client meetings
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in person
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Two-wheeler (preferred) and valid driving license (if required)
Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
Preferred Experience:
Industry-specific experience (e.g., Frozen food category)
Knowledge of the local territory and business environment
Experience in channel partner, distributor, or enterprise sales
