Product Presentation & Demos: Showcase specifications, quality, and benefits of aluminium caps, sheets, foils, and die-castings.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing & new clients, ensuring repeat orders and satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through proactive sales and strategic efforts.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements. Provide feedback for product improvement and strategic expansion.
Customer Support Coordination: Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and address customer inquiries.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts; present regular reports to management.
