Position: Sales Executive – Royal Enfield Motorcycles

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive at Royal Enfield, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless buying experience for customers interested in Royal Enfield motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable Royal Enfield models.

• Conduct test rides and explain key features, specifications, and USPs of different models.

• Follow up with leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and events.

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

• Assist customers with financing options, exchange offers, insurance, and registration processes.

• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs.

• Participate in dealership events, promotional activities, and ride campaigns.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.

  Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred) / 12th Pass with relevant experience.

• Experience: 1–5 years in automobile/two-wheeler sales (Freshers with passion for motorcycles can be considered).

• Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Passionate about motorcycles and the Royal Enfield brand.

• Basic understanding of vehicle financing and insurance processes.
