Job Description:

We are hiring for the position of Associate Sales Manager (ASM) in the Life Insurance sector. As an ADM, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance agents/advisors to sell life insurance products and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard life insurance agents/advisors from your local market

• Train agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance guidelines

• Motivate and manage a team of agents to generate life insurance business

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the agency channel

• Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and joint sales calls with agents

• Monitor agent performance and help them improve productivity

• Ensure agent licensing and adherence to regulatory norms

• Build a strong and sustainable distribution network in your assigned territory

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation (any stream) – Mandatory

• 1–6 years of experience in field sales (Insurance, FMCG, BFSI preferred)

• Strong local network and ability to recruit agents from the market

• Excellent communication, networking, and team-building skills

• Target-oriented with leadership qualities

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred (for field visits)
