Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
Ensure consistent engagement with key bank personnel at different levels.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve assigned insurance sales targets through the bank branches.
Ensure high productivity and quality of business through effective lead generation and closing.
Training & Development:
Provide product training to bank staff to enable them to pitch insurance products effectively.
Conduct joint field calls to support sales.
Operational Efficiency:
Ensure timely processing of proposals and policy issuance.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues with coordination between the bank and insurance company.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation (mandatory); MBA or PG in Marketing/Finance (preferred)
1–5 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services
Prior experience in managing bank relationships is a plus
