We are looking for a Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team. The role requires candidates to:
Recruit and onboard new agents by identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the training process to ensure they meet the agency’s standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the agency’s goals, including setting sales targets, identifying key markets, and creating promotional campaigns.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to help them achieve their sales targets and improve their skills.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment by organizing team-building activities, recognizing achievements, and addressing any conflicts or issues that arise.
Manage the agency’s budget, including allocating resources for agent incentives, marketing campaigns, and operational costs to ensure profitability.
