We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales professional to drive Health Insurance business through the Agency Channel. The role involves recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents, generating sales, and achieving business targets for Health Insurance products.
Recruit, train, and activate Health Insurance Advisors/Agents under the agency model.
Guide and motivate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Generate new business for Health Insurance products (Individual, Family Floater, Critical Illness, etc.).
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with agents.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure policy renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales & revenue targets.
Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI regulations.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and share with reporting managers.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1–5 years of experience in Agency Sales (Health / General / Life Insurance).
Strong network of insurance advisors/agents in the local market.
Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Willingness to work in the field with extensive travel.
