Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement. Sales Enablement: Drive achievement of sales targets through agency channels. Collaborate with agencies on lead generation, customer engagement, and market expansion. Training & Support: Conduct regular training sessions on products, compliance, and selling techniques. Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities. Provide regular reports and feedback to leadership on market conditions and agency performance.
