Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage relationships with broking firms assigned in the region.
• Drive the sales of ICICI Prudential Life products through the broking partner’s channel.
• Train and motivate broking partner teams on products, sales pitches, and systems.
• Track daily sales and ensure policy issuance within defined timelines.
• Ensure partner activation and productivity through regular engagement and support.
• Liaise with internal teams (underwriting, operations, claims) to resolve partner or customer issues.
• Monitor competition and market trends to fine-tune sales strategies.
