Recruitment & Development:
Identify, recruit, and train Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Drive activation and productivity of advisors.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and motivation.
Business Development & Sales:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through advisor network.
Drive Life Insurance product penetration in assigned territory.
Focus on generating business through new customer acquisition as well as existing customer base.
Team & Channel Management:
Build a sustainable advisor team and ensure high retention.
Conduct regular meetings, training programs, and sales support initiatives.
Monitor team performance and take corrective actions to meet business goals.
Compliance & Process Adherence:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Maintain documentation and MIS reports related to advisor performance and business.
Graduation (mandatory), MBA preferred.
2–8 years of experience in Life Insurance / BFSI (Agency Channel preferred).
Proven ability to recruit, manage, and motivate advisors.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Self-motivated with strong business acumen and result orientation.
