RESPONSIBILITIES
Advisor/Agent Sourcing & Enablement:
Responsible for attracting and onboarding new advisors/agents, conducting structured induction programs, and nurturing a high-performance team culture to drive swift business growth. Adherence to operational standards and compliance protocols is vital.
Field Activities:
Identify and engage part-time professionals to operate as advisors/agents.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, including in-person assessments.
Team Guidance & Growth:
Support and mentor team members in lead generation via digital platforms, word-of-mouth referrals, social networking, and industry contacts. Assist in turning leads into successful client relationships.
Stimulate company expansion through organized group campaigns and team collaborations.
Offer customized financial guidance tailored to individual client needs and long-term objectives.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Educational Requirement: A graduate degree with at least one year of experience in sales or a closely related sector.
Should be comfortable with in-person client interactions in the assigned geography.
