RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for onboarding advisors/agents, conducting training sessions, and fostering a high-performing team to drive organizational growth. Expected to follow established operational procedures and standards.
Field Engagement:
● Identify and recruit part-time candidates to serve as advisors/agents.
● Organize client meetings and carry out on-site assessments.
Team Leadership:
● Guide and support your team in generating leads through channels such as social media, professional connections, personal referrals, and networking. Help them convert prospects into clients through direct interactions.
● Promote business expansion through collaborative team initiatives.
● Ensure clients receive customized financial plans aligned with their objectives.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
● A minimum of a bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience in sales or related fields.
● Willing to engage in face-to-face client meetings within the local area, or already experienced.
