2. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields preferred.

3. Strong network within the real estate, architecture, and civil engineering sectors.

4. Basic understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and technical aspects.

5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
