We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the growth of HDFC Life by driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales (preferably in the insurance or financial services industry), excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers meet their financial goals.
Achieve sales targets through direct and team sales efforts.
Recruit, train, and develop a team of Life Insurance Advisors (LAs) or Financial Consultants (FCs).
Drive business through the acquisition of new clients and retention of existing customers.
Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide necessary guidance and support.
Conduct regular team meetings and sales training sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with internal departments for smooth policy processing and customer servicing.
Submit timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
