Role Overview

We are hiring a result-oriented Individual Contributor (IC) to drive merchant acquisition and sales in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR. The role requires building strong merchant relationships, delivering sales targets, and ensuring smooth activation of Pine Labs’ solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard merchants for POS and digital payment products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/activation targets.

• Maintain and grow merchant relationships to drive revenue.

• Provide market insights and competitor updates to management.

• Ensure accurate sales reporting and pipeline management.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–8 years of fintech, POS, or merchant acquiring sales experience.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Familiarity with Gurgaon/Delhi NCR market preferred.
