Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve primary & secondary sales targets in assigned territories.

• Manage distributors, ensure stock availability, and expand retail coverage.

• Build strong retailer relationships and improve product visibility.

• Lead, guide, and motivate Territory Sales Officers/Executives.

• Execute trade schemes, merchandising activities, and promotional plans.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market feedback.

• Submit accurate sales reports and manage claims/settlements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Area Sales Manager: 5–10 years of Protein Supplements sales & distribution experience.

• Sales Manager: 2–5 years of Protein Supplements sales experience.

• Strong knowledge of Delhi & Haryana FMCG markets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with sales techniques, distributor management & retail expansion.

• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
