Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management

   • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned area.

   • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

   • Prepare and submit sales reports.

   • Identify local business opportunities and challenges

2. Team Leadership

   • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.

   • Set team goals and provide coaching and performance feedback.

   • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.

3. Market Development

   • Identify new business opportunities and market segments.

   • Conduct market analysis and competitor research.

   • Develop territory-specific sales strategies.

4. Client Relationship Management

   • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.

   • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Operational Duties

   • Manage budgets, forecasts, and inventory for the area.

   • Present our products and services to prospective customers

   • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions

   • Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services

   • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• MBA (preferred, not mandatory).

Experience:

• 3–5+ years in sales, preferably in the same industry (e.g., FMCG.).

• Experience in leading a sales team or managing whole area.
