Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

• Engage in field sales and B2B sales activities across the Rajkot and Saurashtra region.

• Generate a consistent pipeline by conducting daily 6-8 client meetings.

• Proactively prospect and follow up with potential leads to maximize conversion.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Close sales deals through in-person and telephonic meetings.

• Identify new business opportunities and promote company services across various sectors.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and lead conversion.

• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities in the region.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

• Strong skills in cold calling, client communication, and business development.

• Well-versed with the local market and client behavior in Rajkot and surrounding areas.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to lead generation and pipeline management.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
