To ensure 100% staff availability and service continuity across all client sites under the designated area, with efficient absentee management, reliever arrangements, and consistent client satisfaction
. Ensure all client sites are fully staffed as per the deployment schedule Proactively monitor daily attendance across sites Arrange immediate relievers in case of absenteeism, late reporting, or emergencies Maintain a live reliever pool (standby staff) for each location/zone Coordinate with sourcing and operations teams to fill shortfalls Update and report absentee and reliever logs daily
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and staff discipline
• Ensure all cleaning activities are performed as per SOPs and schedules
• Ensure staff receive proper training on tasks, safety, grooming, and client interaction
• Review and improve team productivity and discipline
• Resolve complaints related to absenteeism or service gaps quickly
