Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive who will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying potential customers, visiting organizations, and convincing them to adopt our security services. The ideal candidate should possess strong area knowledge, excellent communication & convincing skills, and a result-oriented mindset. Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen (Army, Navy, Air Force, Paramilitary) who bring discipline, network, and trustworthiness to the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients (schools, hospitals, hotels, offices, industries, etc.) who require security guard services.

• Visit prospective clients and build strong relationships to understand their security needs.

• Present, promote, and explain Kavach Security’s services effectively to decision-makers.

• Convert prospects into long-term contracts for security services.

• Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Report daily visits, leads, and conversions to management.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience.

• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales/marketing (Security services industry experience is a plus).

• Ex-Servicemen with good local network and discipline are highly encouraged to apply.

• Strong area knowledge and local contacts.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work independently.
