Designation: Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager Location: PAN India Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales professionals to join our Agency Vertical team at Pbpartners. The role involves selling insurance products across Motor/ Life/ Health, or Commercial Lines. Key Responsibilities:  Identify and onboard potential agents and partners to expand the network.  Drive sales for Motor/ Life/ Health or Commercial Line insurance products through the agency channel.  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.  Provide training and support to agents to help them achieve sales targets.  Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and objectives.  Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements:  Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales, specifically in insurance products (Motor/ Life/ Health, or Commercial Lines).  Strong communication and negotiation skills.  Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.  Willingness to travel extensively.  Knowledge of the insurance industry and agency network is a plus.
