Job Title: Tailor cum Unit Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tailor cum Unit Supervisor for our Bag Manufacturing Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in tailoring, stitching, and overseeing operations, including cutting and quilting for various types of bags such as Saree Covers, Jewellery Bags, and pouches. Training will be provided for specific tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quilting, Cutting, and Stitching: Tailor bags, saree covers, and pouches with precision and care.

• Supervision: Oversee and manage the unit’s day-to-day operations.

• Team Coordination: Ensure smooth workflow, meeting production targets and quality standards.

• Customer Handling: Engage with customers and manage order details, ensuring satisfaction.

• Machine Operation: Proficient in operating Juki or other motor-driven sewing machines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with sewing and tailoring (preferred experience with Juki or similar machines).

• Ability to manage a small team and oversee operations efficiently.

• Basic English knowledge required for communication.

• Prior experience in customer handling or operations is a plus.
