📝 Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and style-savvy Senior Fashion Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences, provide expert styling advice, and drive sales in a dynamic fashion retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fashion trends, personal styling, and luxury retail, and will play a key role in building strong client relationships.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers with a high level of professionalism and personalise service

• Provide expert styling and wardrobe advice based on body type, occasion, and current fashion trends

• Assist clients in selecting fashionable outfits and accessories to meet their personal needs

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and repeat customers

• Lead visual merchandising and in-store displays to reflect seasonal trends and branding

• Collaborate with the store team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new arrivals, fashion trends, and product features

• Train and mentor junior fashion consultants and new joiners

• Handle client queries, special requests, and follow-up appointments professionally

• Contribute to marketing events, in-store promotions, and personal styling sessions

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, or related field

• 4–7 years of experience in fashion retail, styling, or image consulting

• Strong fashion sense with the ability to understand diverse client preferences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach

• Familiarity with luxury brands, fabrics, and styling principles

• Proficiency in basic retail software or POS systems

🌟 Preferred Skills:

• Certified Image Consultant or Personal Stylist

• Knowledge of colour theory, body types, and fabric combinations

• Experience in fashion shows, editorial styling, or celebrity wardrobe planning

• Multilingual abilities are a plus (especially English, Hindi, and regional languages)
